有26年沒有用中文寫東西了, 可是姚忠鼎在催了,只好試試.
剛開始寫的全是順著看過的中文歷史小說的方式,寫完一看,馬上反省到照台大電機經驗, 這可是會被罵到臭頭或者至少是”三隻小豬”. 所以就簡略表達一下
平日我們大概都是埋首事業和家庭, 很少有機會見到往日的同學, 而這五年來我在新竹, 上海, 台北團團轉,倒是很高興和意外的遇上不少太久沒見到的同學. 於是這些會面時的好心情讓我更期待這個聚會.
所以我對此次聚會共遊的規劃很感激, 希望能在一個人的半生分水嶺, 再重新找尋和期待一下年青時的真誠也說不定可以分享一下彼此這過去三十年來的經歷與變化. Who knows, 也許我們可以為未來三十年養出新的體認.
希望我們都能幫忙建議或找出可以參加的日子和地點. 我先投臺灣和八月一票.

Some ideas to share, assuming there is no technical problem, otherwise ignore what I said.
1. Add the number of viewing to monitor the visits.
2. Automatically Inform all classmates when there is a new posting, either article or response, and provide the specific URL of the new posting for easy access.
3. List brief intro of all responses somewhere on front page for easy catch by visitors.
4. Add one option for the choices, "It depends." or "Not decided yet." So you can follow up later.
5. List the names of classmates under each option. It will encourage more people to join.
6. Making an individual call will encourage classmates to make a favorable choice. Let me know if you need my help to call them. I can take care of the overseas.
Don't just count on website or emails if you really want the reunion to be successful and memorable.
